Error:
“Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.”
Fix:
When you see this error on windows 2003 server, most probably you are opening up a exe file. IT is easy to remedy this error, just right click the file you trying to open, click property, then select security tab, there is an “unblock” button , just click it, then you won’t see this error again.
