‘telnet’ is not recognized as an internal or external command

Computer doesn’t recognise the command:  telnet

Fact:

‘telnet’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Solution:

Go to Control Panel->Programs and Features then

EDIT - Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off > Telnet Client
